Stuck mostly to my calorie intake of 1000 or less calories a day. Typical day 2 cups coffee with splenda and 1/2 Tsp of Cremora, a fruit smoothie of 200-300 calories, Two 90 calories Fiber One bars, Lean Cuisine dinner 220-320 calories, late night snack an apple or a Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bar 90-120 calories.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
