home scale: I started my new weight loss training on December 29th . I let go of alcohol fried foods and have really been trying to manage my workout schedule travel and water consumption. Birthday party is in 11 days and I really want to be under 200 at that time. My goal for this week is 200 on my home scale. tge gym scale is 2lbs less
203.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
