Yesterday,I was my first day of diet. I was not hungry. It was a quiet day, and I prefer to not excercise,I don't want to be really tired because this diet demands energy. I like dukan, because I like the food it propose. I ate 133g of protein,and trust me or not, I lost 1.4 kilos in one day. I had to eat a lot, and that's so good!!!! not feeling like I am starving myself.... Let see day after day, how I feel. I hope to loose 5 kilos in one week. It will be a great motivation for me. Patience, it will be my strenght in this long process!!!!
