OK, here we go! I lost 40 pounds, then hit the world's longest plateau. I exercise regularly, but I know that I "graze" too much on things like crackers and chips, and that grazing offsets my exercise. I need to get back into the habit of journaling my food and eating healthier so that my exercise routines will pay off even more, and I can get off the plateau. I have an amazing set-up in my house, and got a new TRX to go along with the treadmill and elliptical. I bought a new scale that also measure body fat--boy was that a surprise and a motivator! I would LOVE to see that body fat number come down too! Can't wait to finally hit my goal weight...
