Feeling a bit flat today, really want to do a weigh in to see if Im on the right track but its too late in the day so will have to wait till tomorrow morning. Been exercising a lot and watching what I eat so hopefully will get a good result. Going to have a weak moment and get a cheeseburger for dinner but will go for an hour long walk/jog afterwards to burn some of it off.
