Unofficial weigh in: 149.5lb (+ .6lb since yesterday, easily normal day to day fluctuation).

The reason I wanted to weigh in was to update my fat loss monitor reading.
(To compare, these were my last recorded measurements, taken 18 May 2012)

"Latest Omron readings:

Body fat %: 28.7
Weight: 161.5 lb

Distance to goal:

Body fat %: -11.7
Weight: -31.5lb"

So now, January 5, 2014 my stats are as follows:


Body Fat %: 26.7
Weight: 149.5 lb

Distance to goal:
Body fat %: -9.7
Weight: -19.5 lb

This change is a overall difference of 12 lb less than I was a year and a half ago. My previous weight was ~115lb lean muscle mass and ~46lb fat. My current weight is ~109lb lean muscle mass and ~40lb fat. So while I lost some muscle mass (not surprising and hard to avoid), half of the lost weight is body fat!!!
