I hope by joining this that I can get the encouragement I need to stick with this. I have never dieted and not sure where to even begin so this is my first step. I chose Atkins because I need to lose 30 pounds to get my cholesterol under control. I know it is high in fat but promises to lose quickly. Once I reach my goal then I plan to Weight Watchers to keep the weight off and eat as I should. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
