I did ok this week but really really want a big piece of cheesecake tonight, It was a rough tough dog day and cheesecake is really on my mind. I am going to have another glass of wine!!
296.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 121.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was tempted to have a piece of Pepperridge Farms cake here last night. Then I looked at the ingredients. Ack. Nice job on the temptation avoidance! :)
