You can put your own foods into the database :) When you search for a certain food, at the bottom of the search results window you'll see "Add food", just click that. A little pop up window will open that you have to click "OK" on, then it takes you to the page where you input the data for your food. I do that with most of my food anyway. Too many discrepancies between what others have entered and what the package I have says. Good luck!
