Target net carbs this week will be 45 - much higher than it has been. I have to admit that I am a little nervous. But I have had good weight loss the past two weeks on 30 and 35 net carbs, so I am trying to be confident that everything will be fine.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
