So, I've made some progress since January. Not a ton, but it's nice to see it going down instead of up for once. Mainly I've just been aiming for a calorie deficit and eating Mediterranean-ish. I've biked once or twice, and my roommate just bought a WaterRower (YAY) so I'll be doing that once it gets here. Other than that, just trying to be more mindful of portions.

I'd rather see the weight come off slowly so maaaaaaybe my skin has a chance to bounce back a bit? Because frankly I'm terrified of loose skin because I don't want to have surgery. Even though I really want to get a breast reduction, because let me tell you, having an i cup sucks if you have chronic back pain.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
