Hey Chakalina's Journal, 26 August 2020

The old me did not come back. The new me is unmotivated and morbidly obese. I want to meal plan and count calories/macros again. I feel so sick. I look unwell. Every day I feel so yucky. I need to eat better and less. I need to drink more water and less soda/wine. I have to get on the scale and weigh in. I have to stop and start again. Ugh. I am so bored with this lifestyle. I need to change.
