Did well yesterday with a few minor exceptions. Indian Buffet is difficult to guage how many calories I actually had. I may have guessed high. Or possibly too low.
Working two jobs makes getting to the gym more difficult too. I did a lot of walking yesterday, and intend to do the same today. I also have a more controlled menu today, so I should take in much less than I burn.
This weekend looks very promising for exercise.
