Ok, not totally positive.. but i may weigh in a day early.. so i wanna go ahead and give my self my weekly assessment, helps calm my weigh in nerves some how.

Kinda thinking my weigh in may not be super great. feel about the same, but my legs are KILLING me ... so i'm thinking that i might hold on to some extra water due to the intense weight training.. so we'll see

.. i'm hopeful and positive!!

You may not see a loss on the scale; however, you are working your body into a fine tuned machine. You are doing a great job. Your positive attitude will get you far. Please remind me of this when I weigh in tomorrow. We Can Do It!!!

Your doing great in your weight loss! Even if you retain some water, it'll dissappear in time. ^.^ Since your pushing your body so much, and putting alot of stress on your muscles, I wanted to tell you that maybe you should be drinking a protien shake after your workouts. Protien helps rebuild muscle after you workout, Helps the soreness go away faster basically. I usually drink one on days I've pushed my muscles. Like after the 3 mile walk and the circus today I had one. Your doing great! Just stay positive, and don't stress. Weighin day is just another day, and just keep moving forward from there. You can do it!
