I'm so worried about next week's number! I counted all the calories for the week previous to my Sept. 3rd weigh-in (where I gained 4lbs.) and the calories from last week are equal to the calories of 4lbs. gain. :( Really not looking forward to next week's weigh-in...
I need to get comfortable with the fact that if I celebrate with food and drink I will consume enough calories to GAIN instead of lose. Not fair. I want to be able to have a few days of celebration and not gain! STOMPING MY FEET & POUTING!! Note to self: Find alternative ways to celebrate!
