Yesterday was a lil hard.. Being i was sticking to a low carb day.. I ended up taking a 3 hour nap.. I never take naps any more. Because of the 3 hour nap.. i completly skipped out on lunch.. Didn't even get my calorie intake for the day..But yet still show a 1 lb loss.. Now starting Day 2 of carb cycle.. Medium Carb day..
