did the old induction...switched to the new one which allows for 20 carbs...6 cups lettuce/greens and 2 cups other veggies
40z cheese
3 oz hwc

There has been a big differece ...feel like I finally went into ketosis...been doing more chick/egg/tuna salads with mayo for lunch and snack.
Have been making a large bowl for lunch..one of those plus a cup fo combo of of chopped cuke/celery/bell pepper ...a tsp minced onion or 1 scallion...a cup of greens about 4 - 6 tbl mayo...and I eat it in 2 sittings ...

I added a cup of spinach to breakfast...

I then can have a 2 cup salad and broccoli/caul/green bean for dinner with meat.

These mayo meat mixes and deviled eggs seem to speed the weight loss...some days I didn't even add the veggies...at that time.

Today I didn't make the spinach so I ate 3 stalks of celery with breakfast...and didn't have extra veggies for lunch so added more at dinner...

I have stayed under 20 carbs...or very close.

I have been eating more eggs

I have been perfect about getting more than required water...have 3 or cups of coffee...

take 2 tbl coconut oil

measure things

all of this is working really well...and I know that when I weigh on Monday I will be down at least 10 lbs for my two week induction...I know I will weight 254 or less..maybe 252...that would be 12.

With 60 to 80 to lose I should be losing 3- 5 lbls a week for a few more weeks..when it slows down I think it will average 2.5 - 3 per week...or at least 10 per month...

That is the beauty of atkins...how fast it works..

I also feel really good!
