Yesterdays fast day got screwed up was in town too long and got home late. I planned my meals out but plans got changed when I was in town. What i ate got changed because what i did got changed then my car decided to act up. Oh well such is life. I should eat every few hours and instead ended up going 6 1/2 hours from a snack at 2:30 till I got home around 9pm. I didn't want to break the fast by getting fast food (no pun intended) and I ran out of the food that I brought with me. Way too long and was too tired to cook anything when I got home so I ate a serving of nuts and a stalk of celery. Should have cooked something instead of wasting so many calories on nuts. So much for planning. I ended up at 500 but was hungry because I didn't choose filling foods. Oh well there's always next time.
