Today I will start walking. due to some medical issues I cannot walk a 30 minute walk straight thru, but can do 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I am going to be working up to that day I can walk 30 minutes with no issue.Remember WATER, WATER, WATER. Drink until you become water loggeed
Day 1

My goal is to loose weight and to get into better shape. My sister and I are planning on going to water areobics here shortly.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
