So my husband and I started a week of the cabbage soup diet and just wanted to give it a go and see what happened.
Well my husband caved in the evening on the fourth day so of course I did and then I got back on it the next day ( husband did not ) and I only cheated a little.
The next day all bets were off. I did not finish it but I still plan on doing it and finishing it in two weeks. I wanted to give my self some time in between. I did lose 3 lbs which was good.
I also am going to take two days a week until then and do the cabbage diet for those two days.
If I can finish it the next time I will do again in another two weeks and get going like that and in between eat healthy, diet, and workout.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

Love cabbage soup. Do you have a special recipe?

Well I used the basic recipe with regular cabbage, red, carrots, red pepper, celery, onions, olive oil, and garlic. Then I added zucchini and used my homemade chicken broth with a little seasoning/chicken base. It was really good and a lot better than I thought it would be.

Oh my gosh I did this 25 years ago and I loved it...I hope you have luck with it

Yes you eat it everyday. I did not make it through the entire week but next time I am going to stay strong
