Sometimes I try so hard to loose weight and...nothing! Then, when I'm NOT doing anything, it seems to come off!! go figure! Since started this new job, I simply don't have anytime to prepare anything. I eat lunch in my car going from one job to the other, and my lunch usually entails a protein bar/nutrigrain bar of some sort. I've been having oatmeal for breakfast which keeps me full and then I don't snack... like I have anytime to do that anyway! then we eat supper as a family. I haven't been exercising the last few weeks, but with 2 jobs I never sit down and I'm constantly on the go chasing after preschoolers! so, I suppose that could be considered exercise! I'm hoping to get a treadmill for xmas, so that will give me some better heart-pumping exercise!
