Tomorrow will be a week of me being "officially" back to counting calories... Saturday was a rough day... i only ate once.. but i ate at sweet tomatoes... so it was not like pre portioned meals. And eating once was not good. Plus i had drinks that night.. again.. not good. Sunday i just ate whatever just trying to recover. But back on full force Monday.
Kinda of anxious to see my weight on friday. I just ended my TOM... And after the drastic change after finally hydrating myself I'm curious if the TOM made any difference too. Either way. I can already see all the changes in my body. I wasnt' even able to suck my stomach in when i started.. weird. So def see the improvements.
Well wish me luck friday! have a few days to go.
