WOOHOO!! I actually lost this week!!! HUGE surprise. I only exercised 3 times this last week because I was SO sore from my DVD workout, but now I'm down 30 pounds!!! YAY!



OH, and P.S.!

I havent measured myself in a while, so I just did at work, annnnnd:

BEFORE_________________________ AFTER
Neck - 17 inches________________16.5 inches
R.Thigh - 31____________________28 inches
L. Thigh - 31___________________28 inches
Waist - 52 inches_______________47!!! inches
Lower Tummy - 56 inches_________53 inches
Hips - 53 inches________________51 inches

Im down 16.5 inches overall, WOOHOO!! :D
