Very pleased with myself this week. Kept on tack and changed my walking routine (for the summer and fall); walk one day for 60 minutes in the evening and then the next day 30 minutes at lunch and for 60 minutes in the evening – trying to mix it up a little.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
