Man, this is harder to get started than I thought!! I looked at the "right 4 your type" diet, and decided to try it for 2 weeks. (I always have a problem finding a program to work for me) Day one, and I've busted it already!!
It says for "O"s to avoid dairy. I love milk, cheese, FF sour cream, etc. Im also vegetarian....and getting the high protien is kinda hard too... but, i'll give it a shot. Although, I am eating some dairy every day. With my taekwondo, I'm using my joints quite a bit... and I would think the calcium will help my bones stay stronger so I don't snap something when I start sparring!!!
