I want to thank mother nature for bringing forward some much cooler and enjoyable weather!

How to celebrate??? Simple put on a pair of comfy shoes and mindlessly walk somewhere, anywhere! As long as I am out and aout I will be happy.

Yesterday was a good day too wandering around the downtown festival with my mom, and doing window shopping afterwards. Bought part of my dinner at the market which was two varieties of hummus. One was sweet potatoe and the other was spicy. Little high in calories but honestly did not care. Finished the two small scoops in the evening when I had the muchies with carrots. Funny how I am not at all hungry this morning though. Perhaps it's true that an evening snack that contains protein does keep you full.

It's so funny you mention having hummus. I just tried a new kind today myself. Not horrible. The one I bought was a pack so it came with little pita bread circles.
