Starting to count calories today. using 3 diff breakfasts, lunches and dinners and rotating them thru the week. Same 2 snacks everyday as well. Will be taking hydroxycut still, hopefully adding in my lean shake with my second small snack and and starting at least some, basic daily exercise. Im am addicted to sodas and have really bad headaches when I don't get caffeine, I just this last week weened myself onto sodas that have no caffeine in them like sprite, orange Fanta and root beer. I will be doing my best to increase my water intake my goal at the moment is 4 8oz glasses, right now I never drink water AT ALL during the day. Still taking an oral contraceptive, this is my only medication now.

will not be starting much exercise until I can get infected, ingrown toenail taken care of :(

Calorie counting works! Good luck. I agree about sodas. I've just about eliminated them from my diet. All I drink now is water, tea and coffee. Good luck!
