Found my before and afters from the first time I did this. HUGE motivation to keep at it. gotta get back to that then finish the rest!

This is the hardest thing to do. I'm so glad you are finding little ways to stay motivated because it really helps. Also knowing that giving up is not an option helps. So many times I've wanted to give up or beat myself up because I had a set back or slip up, but hanging in there is finally starting to pay off so hang in there.
