Alright my FS buddies... this is my last weekend "living in sin"..lol... literally since this is my Vegas weekend. I bought a gang of sexy dresses (all short... new for me!!).. and some sexy Jessica Simpson shoes... i can't wait to get dressed up and hit the town!

So.. i get back on monday, and i took tuesday off to basically recover. I'll probably take tuesday to prepare all my stuff for my diet and officially start wednesday so i'm totally ready. So here's what i hope to accomplish.

Start my Wednesday with an official starting weight.

Take some before pictures (i never thought to do it before i lost the weight so now that i'm really trying to tone and improve my body i really want that before pic)

Starting my "diet" over on FS.. so yes.. i'll be in the red :( but i'm excited to start over :)

After a short cleanse, maintain 1200 calories a day for a while, then slowly work up to 1350-1400.

Every morning 30-45 minute power walk/jog (probably walking at first while on my cleansing week)

At least 3 gym classes every week - (starting after my week long cleanse) so i don't totally die lol

At least 25 minutes of weights 3 times a week at the gym

96 oz of water a day

try to keep my fat percentage 20% or below
try to keep my protein percentage 30% or above

This is all preliminary thoughts and will probably make some changes depending on whether i start this training program with one of my girls.

I'm super excited to start! probably more than my trip to vegas lol.. that's so weird to say!..lol.. but i just know i can hit my goals in time if i really push. And for the record here are my original goals.. once i get my starting weight i'll set mini goals.

Weight Goal - 155 lbs by January 13, 2011 - My 31st Birthday
Size Goal - Size 8 by February 14, 2011 - My Cruise!

@ steph.. Hey girl!!!!!! I'm still in Vegas... Honestly hating that I took a food vk.. My body is rebelling on me big time... Feel fat and out of control... So for sure need to do that cleanse when I get back.. My stomach skin hair everything is just feeling gross ... Well for sure I need to hit u up when I go to NY next time!!!!

@ summer.. Well yesterday as I was resting in my room I started doing some research on the master cleanse.. And actually it sounds like a great idea but I think I'm gonna do something a little less extreme... I'm pretty sure I've gained atleast five more lbs... I can feel it and I hate the way I look and feel... So if that's the case I'll b like 20 lbs away from my goal... And since my goal date is still like 3-4 months away I think I'd prefer to do it gradually.. Sooo (phew long winded) my first month will be a grapefruit half for breakfast... A salad for lunch and chicken and veggies for dinner and try to stay at 800-1000 cals... I know I know it's low but I need to reprogram my body to have the structure. After first month I'm gonna pick the cals up to 1200... Basically how I planned it above... Just no real cleanse... Just a drastically decreased diet. Way more info than u wanted lol.. Thk I needed to document for myself too lol

No it's cool. Sometimes we have to spell it out for ourselves as well! I tried doing the master cleanse a few years ago. It was pretty tough, but I would like to do some kind of cleanse that's a little less extreme. Be careful with that 800-1000 girlie...it might be better to have some low days and some high days mixed in rather than consistently eating less than 1200...but just my opinion. You know your body better than anyone else! Good luck!

@ summer yeah it might end up that way .. Few lows and a high.. Its mire to train my body not to over eat .. I'm mire successful afterwards
