So this is my first journal entry!! I really hope this site can give me what I'm looking for. My family isn't really supportive, but thank god I have wonderful friends!! But more support is never a bad thing :)
A lil about me: I started Taekwondo about a month ago, and already lost 3 pounds roughly. Not a big win, but, I didn't change eating habits or anything else... and that happened. So...so far, so good!
I am trying to get in shape for the police academy. So, getting to running, sit ups & push ups will be at the top of my list. However, I want to lose about 15-20 pounds before I start... that way I'm not shovign around as much weight, and won't be so much stress on my knees.
I'm a pescitarian (vegetarian, but eats fish) so it's hard to find a diet that doesn't include meat....
I have a weakness for taco bell, pizza & regular coke when its "that time of the month" LOL> if anyone knows how to get over cravings, let me know!!!!
At this point, i have everything to gain & nothing to lose but weight ;) So here goes nothing!!!
