Oh my word! Vacation was a blast! We laughed, we played, we ate and we drank. I wish I could tell everyone I stuck to my guns and stayed on point, or that I worked out like a crazy person and I'm sure to be down on the scale come Monday, but that would make me a liar! That just goes to show that nobody is perfect one hundred percent of the time and that YOU shouldn't feel guilty when you eat something that's not diet friendly. We need to stop beating ourselves up for being human. I had fun, and when I don't see a loss on Monday, or god forbid should I see a gain it's not the end of the world and I haven't failed. I enjoyed myself and now that I'm back on it the weight will keep falling off. This is a lifestyle change, not a prison boot camp. Yes, I had left over Mexican food for breakfast this morning (lol) temptation got the better of me. But I followed it with my kettle bell workout routine and Ill work on better eating habits from now forward. I've lost a great deal of weight, dare I say that I think I've been successful so if you're just starting out and following my journey know that I haven't gotten here flawlessly and neither will you. Consistency is the key to success, not perfection. Crossing my fingers for Monday, Hope everyone is well!!

glad to hear that you had a good time. You have made a lifestyle change. That doesn't mean that you never get to eat the fun things in life. You can have times where you overindulge...you just make it up later...it is fine.

Sounds like you really enjoyed your vacay! WONDERFUL! And you're right, you're not on a diet, you're changing your life style...and life changes! No one can stay OP for the rest of their lives, life happens and you roll with it. No guilt, just get back to basics when you can. Hope Monday is kind to you, but if not? NEXT Monday will be. ;)
