From my computer desk job to my couch potatoe lifestyle, I am working toward incorporating some physical activity into my life. Did some walking this weekend. Clothes fit a little looser, I have a little more energy. I've been feeling better. Be happy with small steps forward...in the right direction!

I love that lifestyle! But I'm reluctantly adding exercise too. Deep down, though, I wish I could be thin and fit and STILL be a couch patato. Oh well....

I feel the same way sandy does about exercising. To be fit and trim, but not have to exercise sounds like heaven.
