Yesterday was intersting. After freezing my arse off in court with a friend, I decided to walk from there to my mom's! It was a slow walk due to the heat, but I made it. I was also rewarded by having veggies and fruit from mom!

So last night I made a really cool dip using Swiss Chard, chickpeas, onion and garlic. Yummy, had an earthy taste with heat. Talk about filling. Wow!
Plus due to the heat it was another explosion of fluids too. Total consumption was up around 4 to 4.5L. Which is fine by me, makes sure I am staying well flushed.
too many summers I have spent feeling sick, so if I can combat that with eating light, drinking fluids, and slow walks that is what I am going to do.
The upside is maybe it will help me remove some of my unwanted muffin top, and jelly roll thighs! Lol

Today is downtown day! Have to get forms for the government filled out! :( but once they are done they are done! :)
