Holy Cow!!!!! Wow!!! I dropped 13.5 pounds in one week... I am not sure if it was the Challenges I joined or just me in general!!! I joined two Challenges- No Chocolate for 2 weeks and walk everyday this summer!!! Week 1 and Im craving Chocolate like crazy!!! But I believe chocolate maybe my downfall for weight loss... in one week - 14 down :-) I am super happy! But this is probably a boost loss... lets see what happens by next week!!!
The walking I actually do an hour or more a day! Nothing knew about that.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
