Hang in there! One thing my weight watchers leader told me was if you have a day that's so bad it threatens your whole week (as in, you feel so guilty you're going to continue to eat everything in sight) then sometimes the best thing to do is "call it a vegetable and move on." Just chalk it up and start fresh for the week. It's the only way to avoid guilt and for me that's the most fattening thing of all! Good luck!

You have to ask yourself why you are eating the wrong things throughout the day when you know it is not in line with your weight loss plan. If you do find yourself over eating, do some exercise. Go for a walk, go rollerblading, or even do some situps, lunges, or squats in your home while watching tv. Women's health magazine online has a lot of good exercises that you can do in your home without any equipment. A problem you might be running into is that you eat what's in sight or because you are bored. The night before, plan your meals so you can pre-plan how many points you will take in so you will be less likely to veer of course. Tomorrow is another day... don't stress about it. Just stay focused!

Don't cry! Look at your weight history...you've had tremendous success so far! Don't beat yourself up about one day. We all have our setbacks, whether they are eating one candy, or eating bad for an entire day. It is not the end of the world that you had a bad day, just realize that you made a mistake and work to move forward from that point. What helps me to not do it again, is to remember how I felt after I had a less than stellar day food wise. Usually remembering the guilt will help me to stop eating. I do agree with cupid2410 in pre-planning your meals for the next day. It has helped significantly for me to do this so I know when I can eat, what I can eat and what I should stay away from. Remember that we are all here for you to talk to if you need support. Reach out! Stay focused and love yourself.

I what to thank each and everyone of you that post to my journal. I really feel really bad and I try to stay strong and I just lost it. I am going to plan my meals I think that will really help me. I need to plan something that is easy and fast. Like I said Ihave a home daycare and I really do not have any time for me. I grab because I am hurry and then I eat bad. Like tonight I know I should not have gotten food out but I was really drain from Thrusday and friday at my daughters high school and this weekend was very busy and today I had five kids 6 months to 3 and i did not have time to eat what i should have. But I am going to try and do every thing each of you posted. Thank you from being here in my down time ... You just donot know what this means to me. Have a wonderful night ((((((HUGS)))))))))) Tammy :)

Thank you for being so supportive! We'll get through this. i think I'm going to start collecting pictures (on my comp) of inspiring pictures to look at when I'm feeling down. I eat a lot out of stress and depression. I know running a daycare can be STRESSFULL!!! haha Instead of eating in your downtime, maybe you should find a quiet place (indoors or out) and give yourself time to unwind and think about your real goals.

Yes, it can be stressful LOL Plus I have three teen kids at home two girls and one boy and they are hard on me........ So I eat when I am down. I need to just go for a walk by my self and spend time on just me.....
