Let's see.. Yesterday I did 3 loads of laundry! Big deal right? Well not really when you consider to get those 3 loads done meant that I had 27 steps down to the basement, 27 stairs back up and in total it was 108 stairs! Good leg workout and also some strength needed to haul the what appears to be light bag of clothes, but oh no!! Then once laundry was done it was challenge time! Trip to the grocery store where I was determined not to spend over $10. I came under budget and have enough now to make my dinners for approx 4 days! :). Today the sun is shining and it will be a grab the map and take a tour. Where? Where ever my two feet and heart beat carry me. :) I want walking to become my addiction! Lol
