Wow I have had a busy weekend. I should have took time to post something but I just did not have time. Today is the first time I really got to set and do something on the computer.

I did not do to bad this weekend eatting wise but it can get a lot better. I have notice i really do not think about eating as much now. I do not think about food like I used to.

I hope that it stay this way. I have had a really busy week this week and running around a lot. I do not know if that help and this week I will be back teaching my daycare kids so we will see how it goes.

I have not read any post today or all weekend and I will as soon as i get my lesson plan done for the week for my daycare... Then i will read a few.



I just want to say do not give up just because you have made some bad eating choices we all those days but in time it will get better. Try and record everything good or bad that you have eatten.When I started I was afraid because i knew people can veiw what you have had if they wantted to. But you will only be lying to your self. For me I think by posting I can see what i need to change and maybe someone will see something and know of a better recipe or how to eat more food for the same amount of points maybe you spend on just one food. I am still learning about all this. I only started a week ago. Being on here has help me a lot.
