I stumbled across this site in the effort of looking up calories for a co-worker. I have recently just decided to continue my weight loss "roller coaster". I would call it a journey, but by far not a fun journey, more of an adventure...:)
Anyway, this is Day 2, down my first 5 pounds ...yipee!, of my 10 week plan to lose this last 30 pounds I need/want to get off. My Birthday is quickly approaching and would love nothing more than to be at my goal weight!
I am feeling hopeful, and determined this time...to finish what i have started. So happy to have found a place where I can journal and get encouragment from all over...
