Day 5: 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
So I have journaled several other times but maybe only twice that is focused and about my commitment.
This challenge is keeping me focused and this site is helping me form some good habits. I have learned in the last year it takes 21 days straight of doing something to TRULY form a new habit so I am at about 8 days into this new habit of recording my food and journaling and recording my exercise (since the day I started on FS in earnest) So over 1/3 of the way to a new habit, that IS exciting!
I weighed in at 261 this morning. Disappointing that I am still back above the 260 barrier but nothing I cannot over come. It's only 1.5lbs up from my lowest for the week and still well within the required 1lb loss for the week prescribed by the challenge. So here goes another day!
May we all achieve our goals with only enough struggle to learn something new everyday!
