Girl you can do it! It all depends on how bad you want it. If you're ready mentally then you don't need luck, you need patience. A lot of people give up way before the results start pouring in. Do not be impatient and do not make your weight loss the focus of your day. Just have your foods prepared and restrict your calories and go on about your day. Don't look at it like a diet and you will lose it in no time. It takes 4 weeks for you to see results, 8 weeks for family members and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. Hang in there and let's go!
