OMG!!! I blew it big time for the first time since I started!! But, I blew it on fruit (watermelon) so I guess it could be worse. Like my sister said... "You could have eaten candy or cake or something".. but I am still soooo mad at myself!
I stayed under on calories but hit 95 or so net carbs!! WOW!!! WAAAAA.
But I just couldn't stand it anymore..I had gotten that watermelon for my grandson a week ago and looked at it in the fridge every day since. Now since watermelon is my favorite thing (other than donuts)I think I held out pretty good but when I caved, I caved!! I ate 3/8 of that darned thing and boy was it good!
See, I have no problem turning away from donuts and pie & such but that watermelon...I'm gonna admit to all of you in the hopes that you don't judge and think I'm crazy, it was actually talking to me..taunting me every time I opened the fridge. It would say "come on, you know you want me, I'm just fruit, how bad can I be". It actually had me convinced that it wouldn't count. I think I actually saw horns growing out on it and a smart ass smirk on the face & mouth that it had developed!!
AHHH yes, the forbidden fruit. Now I see why Adam & Eve ate that apple!! It wasn't their fault!

Sounds to me like you did amazing! Summer temptations are tough and I don't think anyone has ever got fat off eating fruit. Just keep going!
