So I ate terribly today, or so I thought.....My calorie count seems too low for what I indulged in. But I did kinda skip breakfast because I slept in but its just does not seem possible. I did do a lot of substituting because I had to guess at several things but I was trying to guess in the too much calorie department instead of too little. And the fencing this afternoon (recording as square dancing as a buddy suggested) helped a lot but it does not seem right. we shall see what Old man Scale says int he morning.

Ah well fencing was a blast and I had a busy but fun day. I still tried to choose good foods even if high calorie....\

So I am looking over last weeks number and what it seems I can comfortably do. So I think what I will do is aim for a floor calorie deficit of 1800, with a higher goal each day of a deficit of 2,000 or more.
