pam-u-la's Journal, 01 June 2013

There was not a whole lot of eating done by me yesterday. I did make up for it in fluids though. So that was a good thing.
Also made it to the library and spent some extra time there. I actually found a book called " overcoming anxiety for dummies". It's filled with alittle of everything.

Today starts the challenge but I'll probably weigh in tomorrow. I can handle seeing the numbers on the scale but not the measuring tape. So I am going to use some of my summer clothes that have become too tight to wear as my "tape" so to speak.

The mistakes made yesterday, are lessons learned today.

Awwww so true Pam! The numbers aren't even what matters. This is a daily thing. Working to build the frame that will house us in the future. We are all doing things everyday to build that future we want to have tomorrow. But we aren't there yet- we make mistakes- we have to keep putting that effort in to reach our goals! I am interested in the book sounds like I need a copy LOL
