For now, deciding to just give up sweets and increase exercise. Got a coach at the gym for strength training for 8 sessions. Goal will be to live healthfully and I think the weight will slowly come off and stay off. Is that a dream? We will see. I have a hard time counting calories and recording activity for the long term so I will do the simple and doable for the long term. Making this more of a spiritual and mental process than physical and reading a lot of good material.
