Hi! I'm 32, and I've been a bean pole mostly all my life. I managed to stay very thin throughout my twenties largely due to genetics and a steady job in construction, involving a lot of physical labor-intensive work. Now having settled into an office environment after a couple years I'm finding myself softer in the middle than I've ever been and want to consciously take control of my health.
