Having the dream is the start, taking actions to make it come true is the next part but staying FOCUSED seems to be the hardest part! On our path to VICTORY we encounter several "distractions", they show up as doubts, discouragements, haters and even people willing to lie ABOUT and TO you, just to get you to quit! BUT DON'T! If the DREAM was placed in you then have FAITH in your INTUITION and KEEP GOING! No one can TRULY end your dreams but YOU! IGNORE the DISTRACTIONS!!
Today I went to Burger King for a Whopper Jr. with cheese, [forgot to ask them to hold the mayo +90 calories more!] also had a small fry...I showed restraint while looking at the freshly made Cinnabon rolls... DIDN'T CAVE! [I DID, however go over my RDI [Recommended Daily Intake] for the day... must make up for it with work outs this week!!
