Ended up not getting my workout in yesterday, but got a lot done. Worked all day, went to a Lowcountry Boil, came home and walked the dogs, went to the grocery store, made several food items and cleaned up the kitchen. Then I was reading a great book (Calling Me Home by Julie Kibler) so I didn't go to sleep until almost 3 am!

Tonight I did yesterday's workout as well to make up for missing it.

Work has been rough the last couple days because I have been getting frustrated and annoyed with people. I think it is causing me stress and I can feel it in my shoulders.

I'm off to do some knitting to hopefully relax and make tomorrow a better day!

Sounds like a very productive day yesterday! :) And good job getting the workout in today! Sorry you're dealing with annoying people, I hate feeling that 'stressful shoulders' feeling... ugh.. hope your knitting helps you out!

I never thought of knitting as a way to relax before but I suppose it can be! I hope the rest of your week is less stressful!
