I weighed myself this morning... and I'm already showing a loss.. just from one day of eating the way I'm supposed to be eating.. well, for the MOST part..lol. I'm going to see if I can wait 6 more days to weigh in anymore on the scales, and for the record on here.

I'm excited. Day 2... already to a great start. I've already worked out and even though it kicks my butt (considering that I'm uncoordinated, very much..) I have SO much fun doing my dance workout.

Time to figure something out to eat.. Maybe make some of those veggie quiche cups. I LOVED those. Anyway, good luck to all fellow Fat Secret-ers.. :) Have a great day!

Good job girl, hang on to that motivated feeling to carry you through tomorrow. I weighed myself 6 times a day (not quite that many) for the first 2 months of this, 'cause I just couldn't believe that something I was doing (or not doing) could make the scale go down! Dance on, MommieAnya!
