this past week, I have let my diet go to hell. I havent eaten any fast food, or went really off the deep end, but I feel like I am not doing a good enough job. Saturday I drank alcohol, and I had a fresh lemonade at the parade, and Im sure it was loaded with sugar. Yesterday I had a drumstick with peanuts on it, and I must say, I am a little disappointed in myself. So, I have to retame myself. And it cant go on any longer.!!
