this past week, I have let my diet go to hell. I havent eaten any fast food, or went really off the deep end, but I feel like I am not doing a good enough job. Saturday I drank alcohol, and I had a fresh lemonade at the parade, and Im sure it was loaded with sugar. Yesterday I had a drumstick with peanuts on it, and I must say, I am a little disappointed in myself. So, I have to retame myself. And it cant go on any longer.!!

Everything in moderation ~ as you said, not off the deep end... maybe not the purest of foods but nothing out of hand.

I agree. A little treat now and again is not something to feel guilty over. You should be proud. You treated yourself, but didn't lose control and go on a binge. You had one serving. I am proud of you and you should be proud of yourself. If you can't treat yourself every now and again you will fin It hard to maintain this as a lifestyle change and not just another diet. Keep up the good work, I bet you didn't derail as much as you might think.
