Couldn't do walk yesterday, as I did oil change...

May not be able to do it today, either, as I must get my nails done. [Removed and full set put on...] Appt @ 10am [may be able to do walk @ noon to 1pm]

Will try my best!

Doing okay with food this week. Found out about drinking a glass of milk before eating dinner [to fill me up!] It works!

Makes me eat a lot less or at least be more than satisfied with what I DO eat...
